Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Italian dressing (Wish-Bone)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini macaroni
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, cut in small cubes
- 1/2 c. celery, cherry tomatoes
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
Directions

1Cook rotini; drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine salad dressing and mustard and set aside.

2Combine pasta with all other ingredients.

3Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss.

4Top with Parmesan cheese if you wish.

5Chill before serving.
