Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean round steak *
- 2 green peppers, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1/4 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Cut steak into thin slices.

2Place half the steak in crock-pot.

3Arrange peppers on steak.

4Place remaining steak on top of peppers.

5(Mushrooms can be added at this time.)

6Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

7Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, on high setting for 3 to 4 hours. During last hour of cooking, stock may be thickened, if desired. Serve over bed of hot rice.
