- 4 boneless center cut pork chops (1 1/2 inch-thick)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 -4 tablespoons olive oil, plus about
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, for your skillet
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large self-sealing plastic bag.

2(large enough to hold chops).

3Marinate chops in the garlic pepper mixture for about 30 minutes.

4Heat cast iron skillet (or heavy skillet with enough olive oil to just coat the pan.

5Remove pork from the marinade and place into skillet.

6Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked and the outsides are browned.

7Baste with marinade during cooking, if desired.
