  • 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 c. broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (lite)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic, ground
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    In a covered container, shake cornstarch and water for 30 seconds; set aside.

    In wok or large skillet, heat oil.

    Saut chicken, garlic and onions until chicken is browned.

    Add broccoli, peppers and sauces until mixture thickens by stirring contents.

    Serve over rice.
