  • 6 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Prepare pie crust according to package.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Spoon into pie crust. Top with second crust and flute.
