- 1 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.

2Add eggs, oil and milk.

3Mix until there is no lumps.

4Pour into a well oiled big iron skillet.

5Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until top is golden brown.
