- 2-1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2/3 cups Yellow Cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1-1/4 cup Butter, Melted
- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
Directions

1In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, stir melted butter, milk, and eggs.

2Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until batter just comes together. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Serve warm.

3Note: This recipe can be used to make mini muffins (bake 12-15 minutes) or in a 9-inch square baking dish (bake 30-35 minutes).
