  • 2-1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2/3 cups Yellow Cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1-1/4 cup Butter, Melted
  • 1-1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten

Directions

    In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, stir melted butter, milk, and eggs.

    Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until batter just comes together. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Serve warm.
