  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. Nestles Semi Sweet (12 oz. pkg.) chocolate bits
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Cook stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil.

    When boiling, stir 5 minutes.

    Take off heat.

    Stir in chocolate bits until completely melted.

    Add vanilla and nuts.

    Spread in buttered 8-inch square pan.

    Cool.

    Cut into pieces.
