- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlua or Grand Marnier (optional)

Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Add nuts and toss until coated.

3Add all other ingredients and pour into a greased (use margarine) cookie sheet.

4Bake 1 hour at 250°.

5Toss every 15 minutes during baking time.
