Ingredients: 4 glasses, with enough ice for each; Cruzan Estate Rum*; 4 fresh pineapple slices**; Fresh mint (roughly 12-18 leaves); Simple Syrup (optional)***; Ginger Ale; 1 lime, quartered; One shaker/tin; *This is ideal (and cheap/tasty) but you can use your favorite, instead. Navy/Black Strap/heavily spiced rum are, however, not recommended.; **Fresh is preferable, but canned will work in a pinch.
