- 7 g dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 34 cup warm water
- 14 cup semolina
Directions

1Combine 3/4 cup warm water, yeast, sugar and salt in a jug.

2Whisk with a fork to dissolve.

3Cover with plastic wrap.

4Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.

5Sift flour into a bowl.Add semolina.

6Add yeast mixture and oil .

7Mix to form a soft dough (you may need more warm water).

8Turn onto a lightly floured surface.

9Knead for 10 minutes or until elastic.

10Place in a lightly greased bowl.

11Cover with plastic wrap.

12Stand in a warm place for 25 to 30 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.

13Use your fist to punch dough down.

14Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth.

15Once you have toped you pizza put into oven in a pizza pan or stone for 20 minutes or until base and cheese is golden brown.
