  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • water chestnuts (optional)

    Saute onion in butter.

    Add rice; bring to boil.

    Cover and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
