- 6 heads garlic
- 12 tsp. olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Remove the outer layer of skin from 1 to 6 heads of garlic.

3Cut 1/2 inch off from each head straight across top and arrange in a shallow baking pan.

4Drizzle 2 teaspoons olive oil over each head, letting it run between the cloves.

5Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.

6Remove foil and bake 30 to 45 minutes, until garlic is tender when pierced with a toothpick.

7Cool slightly.
