Perfect Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 to 8 lb. turkey breast, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt, pepper and paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Shake flour in large size (14 x 20-inch) Reynolds oven cooking bag; place bag in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Place onion and celery in bag.

4Rinse, drain and pat turkey breast dry.

5Brush with vegetable oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

6Place turkey breast in bag.

7Close bag with nylon tie; make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top.

8Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of turkey breast, but not touching bone.

9Bake 1 3/4 to 2 3/4 hours or until meat thermometer registers 175°.

10Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

11Makes 5 to 10 servings.
