Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (6 oz.) bar German chocolate, grated
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. coconut, flaked

Directions

    Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water with electric mixer.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.

    Stir in sour cream, chocolate chips, pecans, grated chocolate and coconut.

    Bake at 300° in well-greased Bundt or tube pan.

    Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
