Perfectly Easy Pepperoni Bread

- 3/4 c. finely chopped pepperoni (about 1/2 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
Directions

1Thaw bread dough until soft.

2Beat egg with fork.

3Add cheese, parsley and pepperoni.

4Mix well.

5Roll out bread dough to about 7 x 12 inches.

6Spread pepperoni mixture evenly over dough.

7Roll up like a jelly roll, starting at 12-inch end.

8Place on greased cookie sheet or 13-inch pan, seam side down.

9Tuck ends in.

10Let raise 45 minutes to 1 hour.

11Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.

12Remove from pan and cool on rack.

13If soft crust is desired, brush with soft butter while still warm, then cover with dish towel.
