- 6 navel oranges
- 13 cup honey
- 14 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- mint sprig (optional)
Directions

1Using Sharp knife, cut peel and white pith from all oranges.

2Slice oranges into thin rounds.

3Arrange orange slices in shallow glass baking dish.

4Stir honey, orange juice and orange blossom water in heavy small saucepan over medium heat until honey melts.

5Pour honey mixture over orange slices.

6Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours, basting orange slices occasionally.

7Arrange orange slices decoratively on large serving platter.

8Spoon honey sauce over.

9Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

10Garnish orange slices with mint sprigs if desired.
