- 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 small jar pimentos chopped and drained
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Drain well before serving.
