Ingredients

  • 8 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 125 ml vegetable oil
  • 125 ml grape vinegar (red or white)
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 tsp paprika powder
  • 3 tsp chilli powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 20 small hot chillies (finely chopped)

Directions

    Mix all the ingrediends together and blitz in a blender.

    The sauce can be used immediately but will improve with age and last in your fridge for months.

    You can use the sauce as a marinade, basting sauce or normal dipping sauce, salad dressing and on braaied food.
