  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg whites and water until frosty.

    Add pecans and coat well.

    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

    Add nuts and mix. Bake in a jelly roll pan at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
