- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg whites and water until frosty.

3Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

4Add nuts and mix. Bake in a jelly roll pan at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
