- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, Divided
- 13 cups Drained Diced Pimentos
- Pepper To Taste
Directions

1Place the cream cheese, garlic and onion in the food processor.

2Puree until smooth.

3Then add the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and puree again.

4Scrape the bowl and add half the shredded cheese.

5Pulse until well combined.

6Pour the mixture into a large bowl.

7Add the remaining cheese, pimentos and pepper to taste.

8Mix, cover and place in the fridge.

9Allow the pimento cheese spread to chill and thicken for 30 minutes.
