  • 1 box lasagna
  • 6 large potatoes (raw)
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil lasagna according to directions.

    Layer lasagna, sliced potatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Saute onions (diced small) in margarine.

    Pour over mixture or in the layers in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° covered with foil.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
