- 1/2 c. canned almond filling
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. ground almonds
- 12 oz. (about 4 doz.) dried apricots
Directions

1Blend ground almonds and extract into almond filling.

2Put 1/2 teaspoon of almond mixture into middle of each apricot.

3Place on waxed paper to dry slightly.

4Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

5Can be made two weeks ahead.
