  • 1 cup long grain rice, cooked
  • 12 cup cashews
  • 12 cup pine nuts
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Asian seasoning (persian)
  • 2 teaspoons barberries
  • 12 cup green peas
  • 14 cup carrot, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried spearmint

Directions

    Spread rice in a shallow tray to dry for at least an hour.

    In a dry pan, toast nuts until just browning.

    Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until just transparent, add remaining ingredients and stir well to prevent clumping.
