- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp (about 1 1/2 pt. persimmons)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well.

2Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.

4Remove from pan while warm.

5Dust with powdered sugar. Yields one 10-inch cake.
