- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add persimmon pulp and beaten eggs.

3Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture.

4Beat well.

5Pour into 9 x 5-inch greased and floured pan.

6Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 1 hour.
