  • 2 c. cooked pulp
  • 1 c. sugar (to taste)
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 prepared crust

Directions

    Put all ingredients except eggs in blender or food processor (hand mixer). Blend until smooth. Add eggs and blend for only a second or two.

    Pour into pie crust and bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
