- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 2 eggs
- 1 prepared crust
Directions

1Put all ingredients except eggs in blender or food processor (hand mixer). Blend until smooth. Add eggs and blend for only a second or two.

2Pour into pie crust and bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
