- 2 cups persimmon pulp
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 T cornstarch
- unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2Combine the persimmon pulp, beaten egg and whole milk.

3Mix in the sugar, salt and cornstarch to the liquid mix.

4Stir well and pour into the persimmon mixture.

5Fill the pie crust with the persimmon filling.

6Bake for 10 minutes.

7After 10 minutes, reduce the heat of the oven to 350 and bake for an additional 50 minutes.
