  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix pulp, eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture.

    Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches. Bake 1 hour at 300°.
