- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix pulp, eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture.

2Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches. Bake 1 hour at 300°.
