- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Add all ingredients, except margarine and mix well.

2Melt margarine in a 9 x 15-inch pan and add to mixture; mix well.

3Pour into the pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
