Ingredients

  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sweet milk

Directions

    Add all ingredients, except margarine and mix well.

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 15-inch pan and add to mixture; mix well.

    Pour into the pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
