- 2 c. strained persimmon pulp
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix pulp, sugar, eggs and flavoring.

2Then mix flour and baking powder (sift).

3Add this to pulp mixture.

4Add melted margarine and buttermilk.

5Pour into shallow, greased pan and bake in 375° oven.
