- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. lard
- 1 c. sour milk (made by adding 1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. sweet milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour or enough for a thin batter
Directions
