- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 2 c. persimmons
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Cream together the sugar and oleo.

2Add the persimmons, milk, eggs and vanilla and mix well.

3Sift together and add to liquid the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and soda.

4Mix well.

5Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 1 hour at 325°.

6Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
