- 1 qt. persimmons
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. plain flour
- pinch of soda
- 1 tall can evaporated milk, undiluted
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mash persimmons through colander (makes about 1 cup of pulp). Add melted butter to pulp.

2Then add remaining ingredients.

3Bake in large pan at 400° for about 30 minutes or until brown.

4Use 11 x 14-inch pan.
