- 1 1/2 c. sugar plus a little more
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. persimmons (pulp)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Strain persimmons through a sieve to remove skin and seeds. Mix together with mixer.

2Grease 11 x 13-inch pan with the margarine and dot rest of margarine on top of mixture.
