  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter/margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder

    Beat eggs; add persimmons, sugar, melted butter and salt.
