- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix persimmon pulp, beaten eggs and milk.

2Sift dry ingredients together, then pour into the liquid mixture.

3Stir in melted butter.

4Pour into the shallow pan.

5Bake about 1 hour at 300° to 325°.
