  • 34 cup unbleached flour
  • 14 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • tiny pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 34 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 14 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    Sift together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl, combine milk and vinegar.

    Set aside to let curdle for five minutes before adding the rest of the wet ingredients.
