  • 1 1/2 pt. persimmon pulp
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Turn to coat bottom and sides.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Pour much of margarine into and mix well.

    Bake until firm at 375°, approximately 45 minutes.
