- 1 1/2 pt. persimmon pulp
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Turn to coat bottom and sides.

3Mix all other ingredients.

4Pour much of margarine into and mix well.

5Bake until firm at 375°, approximately 45 minutes.
