  • 1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp (put these through sieve)
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Put into greased pan and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
