- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. nut meats (optional)
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together.

2Add persimmon pulp.

3Combine milk, eggs and cinnamon, then add to flour mixture. Add nuts, if desired.

4Bake at 350° in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, until brown (approximately 40 minutes).
