  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. nut meats (optional)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together.

    Add persimmon pulp.

    Combine milk, eggs and cinnamon, then add to flour mixture. Add nuts, if desired.

    Bake at 350° in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, until brown (approximately 40 minutes).
