- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Cream together butter, sugar and eggs.

2Add soda to pulp, then add to creamed mixture.

3Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.

4Mix well.

5Add milk and vanilla and mix.

6Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Check after 1 hour.
