- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine milk, pulp, vanilla and sugar.

2Sift together dry ingredients and stir into first mixture.

3Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

4Bake in 350° oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
