- 1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water (105 Degrees F)
- 2- 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cups (Real) Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Creamy Italian Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Black Olives, Chopped
- 6 ounces, weight Canadian Bacon
- 6 ounces, weight Pepperoni
- 4 ounces, weight Provolone Cheese, Sliced
- 4 ounces, weight Swiss Or Muenster Cheese, Sliced
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
Directions

1To prepare the dough: In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in remaining dough ingredients and mix well.

3Form into a ball and place in a large greased bowl.

4Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap and allow dough to rise for 30-40 minutes.

5Punch down dough and roll into a 12x15 rectangle.

6Put the rectangle of dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

7Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

8In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, dressing, garlic and Italian seasoning.

9Spread mixture down center of the dough, about 4 wide.

10Sprinkle the top of the dressing mixture with onion, peppers, and black olives.

11Layer Canadian bacon and pepperoni over that and then top with cheeses (provolone, Swiss and mozzarella).

12Gently fold sides of dough up and over the top of the filling so that the sides overlap.

13Pinch seams together and fold ends of dough to seal.

14Carefully turn over the stromboli so the top seam is on the bottom.

15(I used a piece of parchment paper for easier turning.)

16Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

17Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

18Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
