  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Combine persimmon, sugar, eggs, flour, soda, baking powder, spices and salt.
