- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine persimmon, sugar, eggs, flour, soda, baking powder, spices and salt.

2Blend with mixer.

3Stir in milk and melted butter.

4Add vanilla.

5Pour mixture in 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° until set and brown.

7Serve when cool with whipped cream if desired.
