- 2 tablespoons jalapeno chilies
- 3 knorr cilantro minicub
- 1 1/2 pounds fillet red snapper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine all ingredients except fish in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Let stand about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Add fish and turn to coat. Arrange fish skin-side down, then top with one half of the onion mixture. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
