- 1/4 cups Pesto
- 3/4 cups Cheese (I Used A Combination Of Mozzarella, Cheddar, And Parmesan, But Monterey Jack And Provolone Would Be Nice Too)

11. Preheat oven to 350°F.

22. Cut bread bowl in 1 to 1 1/2-inch slices, careful not to go through the bottom of the loaf.

33. Spread pesto on slices.

44. Cut bread in opposite directions, creating a cross hatch pattern.

55. Sprinkle cheese(s) in between pieces.

66. Wrap in foil and bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Remove foil from top and let bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
