Ingredients
- 1 regular size or 2 small Boboli pizza crusts
- 3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 to 3 oz. Greek Feta cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 to 6 oz. pesto
- grated Parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)
- sliced black olives (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

3Soak in enough water to cover.

4Microwave 1 minute; let stand.

5Saute mushrooms and garlic in oil.

6Spread pesto over crust.

7Drain tomatoes and spread over pesto.

8Crumble Feta cheese over pizza. Top with mushrooms.

9Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over top.

10Bake 10 to 12 minutes (follow Boboli instructions).

11Serves 6 to 8.
