- 2 tablespoons vegetarian pesto sauce

1Heat oven to 180C.

2Toss the potatoes in the oil and place in the tray.

3Bake for 45 mins ensuring they are tender all they way through.

4Drain any excess oil and toss the hot potatoes with the pesto.
