Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 38 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 each egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 each graham cracker pie crust baked 9inch
- 1 x whipped cream
- 1 x chocolate (semi-sweet) bittersweet, grated
Directions

1Combine first three ingredients and bring to a boil.

2Mix remaining milk, flour, cornstarch and egg yolks and add boiling mixture slowly.

3Return to saucepan, cook slowly, stirring until thick.

4Cook slightly, beat in vanilla, butter and rum.

5Turn into the crust and chill.

6Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
